The outer box was in poor condition but the mattress was protected by vacuum plastic so everything was fine. An hour after opening the mattress rose so much. It's very convenient. Let's start with the fact that the box was a total mess, both ends almost fell off, the tape barely holding them together. A mattress and a poor box could be seen in the "bag" / vacuum case. , looks like parts of the mattress have gotten dirty on the outside which is alarming! Please fix your packaging! I bought this mattress in 2012 and have slept on it every night since 2014. It was comfortable enough initially but never inflated to a full 10 inches, only about 8 inches. After sleeping on it for several years, it has sagged significantly in the middle and is no longer very comfortable. I bought the topper as a temporary solution but will be replacing it soon. I've always liked it as a sofa. As a bed it is definitely best for casual use only, not as a mattress for the night.
