Cool heater! in kerosene heaters

The heater smoked a bit when it was first used on a diesel but I expected it to be the best heater on the market of this type, cool!

Pros
  • sparkles
Cons
  • some little things

DO NOT buy from Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

Do not buy this heater. It worked fine the first few times, but after a while it became difficult or impossible to start. Me. Heating technical support is useless. They were very rude and made me do the same thing over and over again.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • So far so good

Works great for space heating

I heat a 3200 square foot barn with 14 foot doors and this unit heats the entire room very well with kerosene. In 45 degree weather, he heated the barn to 75 degrees in less than an hour. Only a minor fuel pressure adjustment was required.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Sad unit

Built-in heaters

received in early 2021. never works It just spits fuel forward. However, when it ignites, it shoots the flame 2 feet forward. NOT SURE! Revane corrected himself by returning the money to me. Mfg "Mr. Heater" never responded to my calls/messages. Now more than a month has passed.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • packaging is ugly

The main thing is patience lol

Gets very hot when in use. I always have problems with his lighting. If it doesn't light up, the blower keeps running, spewing diesel fuel onto the ground. I have checked everything that is in the instructions. Works intermittently, but when it does, it's a serious heater. My 60x30 magazine went from 26 to 80 degrees in about an hour.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • crumpled

I give this heater 3 stars because it is.

I give this heater 3 stars because it doesn't always work on its own. 1 time out of 10 I have to hold something in front of the heater (where the heat comes out) for it to ignite. My friend has one that he has spent a lot more time on and needs to do the same from time to time.

Unreliable Best in Kerosene Heaters

This heater is a POS. does not light up about 50% of the time. it often runs out after 4 or 5 minutes of work. This fills the entire workspace with thick, acrid smoke. I've adjusted the pressure up and down and it doesn't help. It only has about 20 hours of use but I can't use it anymore. A complete waste of money.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Not sure

Big. at work

Generates a lot of heat. if it works. If you let it run and just let it run nonstop then it's fine, but don't expect it to be reliable when the thermostat cycles on and off. You end up with a puddle of fuel and can't trigger the codes every time. Even adjusted the fuel pressure and didn't fix it. Ok if you want to just leave it on but I bought it because it had a thermostat. Not a cheap device and expected better for what I paid.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Good at the beginning.

In the first year these guys were great. Fast start, very hot. But after they rested over the summer and we took them back, the problems started. First, as other reviews have said, they don't use the correct fuel line in the heaters. As a result, after 1 year of using kerosene, the fuel lines dried out and cracked, causing air leakage = no ignition. So we had to replace all the wiring on both heaters. A year later, one of the heaters died completely. We visually inspected the board and found a…
