Disappointing amino supplement for athletes

This product is not worth the price. The taste is awful and the mixability is poor .Unfortunately I did not notice any difference in my workout performance or recovery. THE only advantage is that it contains no artificial colors or flavors. However, for its steep cost, it is not a good investment for your health and household..

great product, very healthy, works great and tastes great

I loved it but if you like intermittent fasting you should definitely eat at meals this will break your post. Otherwise everything is fine, it works! It also tastes great. Very satisfied and will buy again.
