I bought this to run long distances. I wore it to a 25k race and it worked really well. The bladder holds a lot of liquid and I had no problems with leakage during the race. We started at 7am and that day the max was 39. There were other runners who had issues with their drinks freezing in the tube but I didn't. My bladder isn't frozen either. Everything was secured well but I wish the hip pockets were longer because if you have a large phone like I have (Samsung G8 Note) it won't fit in there.

Bought these for my kids (11 and 13 year olds) so they can stay hydrated on holiday. I estimated they were insulated (most we looked at weren't) and they could hold 2 liters of water.
