I am really disappointed in this purchase. It's very easy. Not what you want in a wooden bowl. Also the price is too high for the quality. Delivery in two parts. You have to screw the base into the bowl. Definitely not the quality you would expect for the price.

very poor workmanship! The base is inclined towards the bowl. When trying to screw the base into the bowl, the screw punched a hole in the bowl. So I have a bowl with a hole in the middle, and the bowl is crooked on the base. Definitely not worth what I paid for it!

This decorative bowl looks great on our kitchen island. The only thing that confuses me a bit is how the base attaches to the bowl. It's a threaded bolt that holds the two pieces together, which is great, but the bolt is very short. If you break even one or two rows of threads, you will no longer be able to attach the bowl to the base. Just a concern, not a real problem for us yet.
