Mud Pie Soap Pump and Sponge Organizer Review

You know when you buy a towel rail or a nice piece of furniture you get those cheap screws to install or assemble it. That's how I feel about the pump, it's cheap. The dispenser bottom and design are great and efficient, even cute in the kitchen. It is definitely worth buying a better dosing pump.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was exactly what I was looking for, having a sponge holder along with my soap so it takes up less space. The only thing I would like to say is that it would be better if there was an option to put hand soap with it. I like that where you place the sponge it doesn't pool water which is great. It also just looks really cute and appears to be a high quality product.

The soap dish is very pretty and I was delighted to receive it. When I did this I was disappointed to find a crack in the front. When I opened it up and set it up, my return window was gone. It looks like the crack is just on the outer glaze and didn't go all the way through, so I decided to hide it and added some soap. Unfortunately, this reservoir is leaking - not only from the crack, but also from the pump above it. Soap drips constantly. What a waste. I wish I could still undo this and find

The first MudPie soap and sponge holder I bought from Revain was a heavy, well-made piece of ceramic. I dropped it and taped it several times so I decided to buy another one. The new block was much lighter and the top surface it was designed to bolt onto was not well defined. Sent it back and got a replacement the next day. This ceramic soap dispenser and sponge holder is cute but I don't think it will last long. Not because it's falling apart due to poor workmanship, but because of use and human clumsiness.
