Mueller Lumbar Back Brace: Superior Small Lower Back Support Belt for Men and Women Review

I was hoping for something less bulky. I've had two spinal surgeries that have helped as much as I had hoped and I was looking for something relatively thin to wear regularly. It's not like this.

S/M is definitely small. I can close it and it's cozy. But the next size is too big for me. Provides excellent support and pain relief. However, I know it gets HOT in the summer, so I ordered another lightweight brace for that time. Müller makes good products.

Fits my wife perfectly. My wife complained of lower back pain from sitting at a desk for a long time due to working from home. This helps her fix her sitting position, which has reduced lower back pain. This supports the lower back when carrying heavy things.

I wear 30 inch zean pants with a bit loose fit. Needs a strap to wear them. Bought a size S/M because, well, my waist ranges from 22 to 34 inches I have to tie it tight then my back hurts more than not wearing it. Read the reviews here and size, definitely an issue. I hope I can exchange for the next size up.

I'm a chef and I'm usually on my feet at least 14 hours per shift. I've always had back problems, especially after only 6 hours a day. Since putting it on I have felt instant relief in my tailbone and lower back where I was struggling the most. I continued to finish the shift without thinking about the sore back! I'm quite athletic, 5ft 3in tall, 115lbs. I bought size SM/MD and it runs very small. I can get it to work, but it's tight and I have to take it off every now and then just to get some air, so I'd recommend getting a size larger than what you usually buy.
