I'm a chef and I'm usually on my feet at least 14 hours per shift. I've always had back problems, especially after only 6 hours a day. Since putting it on I have felt instant relief in my tailbone and lower back where I was struggling the most. I continued to finish the shift without thinking about the sore back!
