Can be pulled out of the thumb hole. It supports the wrist but is too big as it stretches. I don't bother to return it. If they make smaller sizes I would love to try again.

Much easier to put on than the three types of straps as you only need to reach into the wrist cuff and tighten one strap. The band is stretchy so you can make it a little more stable on your wrist by tightening or loosening it when you don't need it.

I have a ganglion in my left wrist and will need surgery soon. I've had this bracelet on my wrist for about a month and I love it. It really protects and stabilizes my wrist so I don't do certain movements that hurt. It can be used with the left or right hand. I have a small hand/wrist and this strap is adjustable so it's perfect.

My hand is small so I bought SM/honey. Still too big. The thumb hole goes up too far on my finger and rubs. so it's not safe. If there are castles there, they are almost non-existent. The faux leather flexes as if it had no bindings. My wrist flexes like I'm not wearing a brace at all. I need stability to heal and that's not working. I do not recommend.

It's not as good as I would like. However, I felt wearing this during the day and my more supportive one at night was the right combination. Because it's not stiff, it works well when active. I bought it to wear at night but was grateful it was during the day.

While it offers good support, it's already getting holes from the stiffeners rubbing the crook of my arm. I've only worn it a dozen times. For the price I expected it to last a lot longer. This is a construction problem that is easily solved by reinforcing the fabric where the supports are sewn inward.

Fits well. It offers good protection and support for the wrist. Interchangeable (L/R) design is pretty smart. The problem is with the clasp. It's some kind of velcro. The feel is very pleasant - some of the hooks are softer than expected but don't hold very well. I have a feeling it might work for a long time, but you barely touch anything and the strap comes loose. Only the end of the strap is held in place, so if you lose enough of it, it's gone. Perhaps it would be better if the clasp held…
