I threw it in the bin when I received it and washed it 3 times to remove the strong chemical smell. was in the closet for years. I washed it 3 times and the smell was awful, this is my first Amazon review and I just wanted to warn everyone that I bought the brown duvet cover.

We've had this duvet cover for about 8 months now and thought I'd write a review. When first used, this thing was wonderful, comfortable, and a hell of a deal. I would still recommend it to anyone who doesn't even want to spend an arm and a leg. At this point, however, things get scratchy and uncomfortable due to fewer threads, and a few zip ties have come loose from the device. Again, great price and very comfortable for at least 5-6 months, but I'll be buying something with a lot more threads

Item matches description well. It's super soft and lightweight, machine washable, and hand-tied bows are a very cute alternative to zippers. My only warning to cats is this fabric can snag if their claws get too long. As long as the cat's claws are trimmed and the cat isn't intentionally digging into the trunk, you should be fine. Otherwise fantastic!

After reading the rave reviews I decided to buy this duvet cover set. I thought it was cotton but it's actually polyester. It is not breathable and very hot. In addition, the straps on the underside are constantly being loosened. And its texture is very soft, but it sticks to things very quickly and leaves marks on the ceiling.
