The keyboard is durable and reliable. It's actually heavier than similar keyboards I've used. The keys are of the low-profile chiclet type and they're firm enough not to have that really soft feel that the cheapest keyboards have. As others have pointed out, the initial connection of this keyboard is uncomfortable. It took several attempts to finally connect the keyboard to my husband's new tablet. Once connected, it works fine, but there's a lag between what you type and what's happening on the screen. My husband is a slow typist so he didn't really notice. This is a multi-device Bluetooth rugged keyboard. Easy to combine. Support for multiple devices. Pleasant key feel and layout. Not a big fan of batteries. Pretty good keyboard for laptops, tablets and phones. I wish it was thinner and didn't require removable batteries.
