Great adapter to add a second power supply to any mining rig!

I bought one like this, not the PSU cable splitters that you sometimes hear horror stories about (fire) and also because there were a lot of positive reviews for this one, even if the price is a bit higher. I've had this on a 6x 1080 Ti setup with 2850w power supplies for about 2-3 weeks and haven't had any issues. The power supply connected to this adapter turns on a fraction of a second after the main power supply, and when I need to shut it down for maintenance, the power supply on this…

Great product for HP PSU upgrade

I needed to connect a high performance graphics card but my HP computer's branded PSU cannot be upgraded. This small connector allowed me to add a second power supply by daisy-chaining it with the first power supply's SATA connector. This little thing works great when there's no way to connect a new power supply to old plugs. Thanks genetically! BTW, I would recommend wrapping the connector with electrical tape so the solder joints don't touch the metal case and don't close.

Out of sync! There is a 1 second delay

is available Use these to power 2 EVGA T2 1600W PSUs. I ordered 2 from PMU PRODUCTS and received 2 with different colored capacitors (1 yellow, 1 black) and this is where my confidence in this product started to drop. I used a yellow capacitor with 2 power supplies and had a 1 second delay. Black had the same delay. Both multi-power adapters had Sata power connectors. I have ordered 2 more from THISON which use a 4 pin molex connection to power the adapter, not sata and the delay was about half
