Good looking but mediocre performance

I bought this adapter primarily for my iPad Pro so I can project onto a TV or monitor during presentations. It generally gets the job done, but I've encountered a few issues where the image would blur or flicker when showing fast clips. But that's not always the case. The charging performance seemed normal to me. The exterior finish is beautiful. Gave it a premium look due to its silvery and shiny finish.

Works well, quality issues

I'm very happy with this product, it would be nice to have an extra mini hub to practice with. It came as advertised and seems pretty good. I have a quality concern: the cable is very stiff, at least compared to another hub brand I own. I hope I can bend the cable without breaking it. Haven't had any problems yet but I have a feeling I'll break it soon, I hope not! (Full Disclosure: The company sends a free gift to those who write positive or negative reviews)

Another use is to connect my phone to a TV, which comes in handy when I want to watch Netflix or Hulu on.

I use this regularly with my LG V30. The Type-C port can only be used to power the phone, you cannot connect any additional components to it. You can connect a regular hub to the Type-A port. I've used this to transfer photos from phone to computer and send photos to Walgreens for printing. Another use is to connect my phone to a TV, which comes in handy when I want to watch Netflix or Hulu on a big display. I only have a 1080p TV so I can't test the 4k aspect of this set.
