Burnt hands good for multipots and pasta pots

Don't know if one of the locking wheels came loose (only used 2nd time) but hot water spurted out the side when drained. into the sink. My arm is now light pink and pulsating. The pan is easy to clean and doesn't stick, but I wouldn't trust it with my bare hands. You shouldn't come back.

Magnet fell off handle black material won't clean

I was so thrilled when I received this as a gift that I ordered a second one from Revain. Unfortunately, the second one I bought turned out to be defective. First ground turkey cooked over medium heat with olive oil sticking to the bottom leaving black marks that I can't get rid of. Secondly the magnet on one side of the handle is broken and now I can't lock it for the drain function making it unusable.

Great until the coating peels off

Great idea for pots but the coating is badly chipped and scratched. I contacted customer service regarding this issue. I was told to take photos and email them for a replacement, I sent clear photos of the damage. Emailed back, pots were sent back for exchange at my expense of $47.50, I explained this to them. There the answer is "Unfortunately, due to our warranty policy, you must return the defective pans at your own expense for a replacement." DO NOT BUY THIS COOKWARE. WARRANTY WILL BE AT…

Love this potty down to the handles

Really like this potty down to the handles. They were spinning as I went to the sink to drain the water. I grabbed them by the handles and the center, which rotates to secure the lid, spun in my hand almost causing me to drop the pan. This happened almost every time I used it. It would be better if the center was lockable and you had to press a button to turn it to lock or unlock the center. Otherwise I love the pan. Washes well in the sink

My husband LOVES this popcorn pot

My husband is in the kitchen waiting for disaster, but he LOVES his popcorn. I gave him this pot so he could make popcorn the old fashioned way, on the stovetop with butter and shaking the pot, and he loves it. The handles that close the lid now make his popcorn adventures a real pleasure. No more popcorn flying on the floor when it shakes and the lid doesn't fly off like it used to. He also likes to light his popcorn on fire and this copper-coated pot prevents the pot from burning. This pot…

Good product! on pots and pans

I've had this for a long time, bought it for myself and was happy with how it works. I only had one question: will it survive? Well I've had it for a long time and I have to say it's held up great. I only use nylon or wooden utensils and hand wash them with a sponge. I don't think you should hand wash it, but I do. A year ago, on vacation, my children were with their families and saw this pot. Well then the conversation started and everyone wanted to try one but wanted to speak to someone who…
