This stuff was a godsend. I'm a martial artist so I can get very sick after being punched. I use it post workout and it really helps speed up my recovery time.

Completely dissolves unlike some other products. My wife says it works great and is the only brand she likes or uses more. The price is a bit high but lasts a long time. The amount needed appears to be much less than similar products on the market.

I love all Abra bath products and have been using them for over 20 years. There they really turn the bath into a spa procedure. These are salts that can dry out the skin a bit. I add oils to the bath and naturally apply cream afterwards. But you can feel how the salts relieve pain or tension from the skin. Smells good too.

After spending 2 days in Logan, Utah riding my bike on MS, I came home and went straight to the bathroom. Saturday I drove 100 miles in 100 degree weather. And I got out on the second day and rode 50 miles up and down Logan Canyon and other parts. When I was done, I drove home after a few hours.
