I put this in my coffee in the morning. It's like a healthy mocha. Added to cold milk, it's like a milkshake. I use it after a good workout at the gym. And it fits better than most.

Have been using this product for 5 years. I sometimes try other brands but this brand is my choice. Tastes great, blends well in a blender and 1 small scoop contains 25 grams of protein! If you need carbs, just add some fruit.

This is the best protein powder I've found for this price. Since it's not pure whey, I can mostly drink it on its own or with snacks and it doesn't irritate my stomach. Very tasty, but I would like different flavors. Getting it to dissolve is a chore and never fully happens unless I leave it in the fridge overnight, but it's no big deal.
