The soap smells great, I like the aesthetics of the bottle and the label. However, paper labels were not well thought out. I ordered two packs. A soap pump is in the bathroom with a shower that becomes a steam room and the label has warped from paper rustling. The other soap is in a frequently used washroom and the soap has dripped all over the label (identical to the picture posted by another reviewer).

I was skeptical about this soap because there is usually a picture in the description of the ingredients, usually the whole label is photographed and placed in the description. This soap only shows part of the label, not the ingredients. But I saw someone ask what ingredients. The seller responded with harmless formulations, which is why I bought the soap. I'm given soap and the second ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate, which I'm trying to avoid right now as I'm trying to treat a chronic…

Preservatives are pure chemicals, not natural. You can check it yourself on Google. I love that it's made in the USA and I love the smell but I've tried to get something more natural and it's not the same.

UPDATE. I reported the problem to the seller. They responded and stated that they passed this issue on to the manufacturer. To rectify the situation, they sent me two different fragrances from the same manufacturer that did not have this error. The flavors were just as good if not better than the original and had a much thicker consistency. Lavender soap diluted with water. Not what I expect from a "fancy" soap. I read other reviews about the soap not foaming, but I don't report about it. Upon opening the product, I loved the aesthetic of the bottle, clean and simple, and was amazed at how it would look on my MBA. I tried unsuccessfully to unlock my pump, as did my husband and teenage daughter. We contacted the seller who emailed and offered a call to explain how to unlock the pumps. Love love love this soap! I like anything to do with lavender and eucalyptus so I was immediately drawn to this brand. The consistency is great (not too watery for me as some others have mentioned). We've even had guests comment on how much they love it. Working with Shop Wise was great and the order was dispatched immediately. We had a problem, contacted them and they solved the problem within an hour. Very impressed with their customer service!
