They are ideal for cables with a diameter of 9 mm to 12 mm.

I cannot use it. My cables are 7mm in diameter. They should be up to 6 mm. You are not. To get even close, you have to turn the nut all the way until it touches the ground. This is not how cable glands should work. If their spec was 9-12mm I would give them a higher rating. Also note that they are not UL or ETL listed and are therefore illegal in the US for 120/240 volt applications if you wish to test your electrical work.
