Save money! I finally put the black cartridge in a week after the return date and it didn't work. Tried a black one, doesn't work either. Colors seem to work, but not as well as real ink. These are streaks, even after cleaning the printheads and all other diagnostics available on the printer. Now I have to buy regular Epson brand ink and hope my printer still works. I wish I had done that from the start. Not saved, that's for sure!

I replaced magenta and cyan in my Epson XP-440 and they worked fine. However, when I (later) went to replace yellow, it didn't work. The printer throws an error that it cannot read/recognize the cartridge (e.g. it is not compatible). And the bad thing about the XP-440 is that you can't even print in black and white unless all the cartridges are full. So I'm stuck with a non-working printer until I buy new cartridges. As much as I would like to buy the cheaper option, I think I might need to buy

This doesn't work properly with my printer. I've changed all the cartridges and everything keeps printing blue or blue and yellow. I wrote a letter to the seller and received no reply. I read the reviews before purchasing and thought the mascara would work. However, I am extremely disappointed. This was not a cheap purchase.

Now I'm not sure if this is the ink manufacturer's fault as apparently Epson used some firmware updates to prevent their products from recognizing regular ink. The problem is I'm stuck with a bunch of inks that don't work so I will NEVER buy an EPSON product again, but I also can't recommend inks that say they work with certain printers but they don't . so far so good i tried black and blue ink. Works very well, my printer accepted them with no problems. If I can give you any advice, don't do it when you get an update notification from Epson. They make special software so a chip in non-Epson cartridges won't work.

I ignored reviews about the printer not recognizing cartridges and bought them anyway. I was glad when I replaced the cartridges and they worked fine, but then about a month later my printer just stopped printing out of nowhere and the "Ink cartridge not recognized" message was noted. Back to top (purchasing all new cartridges). The low price is not worth the hassle. I should have just paid full price for a well known brand.
