I read all the reviews, some mentioned that the straps dangle. I downsized and I'm so glad I did! I have a chest size 38B and the straps are a little loose but nothing uncomfortable or annoying. I am size 16 in jeans and XL/1X in shirts and I ordered size 14 and it fits perfectly, covers the tummy area and the print is so pretty. Haven't worn it swimming yet but I tossed it in the wash and it washes really well.
