🖥️ CHI MEI N156B6-L0B REV.C1 & REV.C2 Laptop LCD Screen Replacement - 15.6" WXGA HD LED Diode Review

Purchased to replace the screen on my old Sager laptop. It works, but the connection on the back seems loose. I folded it over by curling the corners with tweezers. I've swapped screens on other laptops for work before, this is the first time I've felt the cable fall out. The screen works well, no dead pixels, holes in the right places for hinge mounts.

This screen is broken. There is a green line in the middle. The replacement process seems frustrating and complicated and you are asked to move away from Revain for it. Checking an LCD screen is not so difficult - the buyer should be careful. I will update this review as the return/replacement process progresses. Update: I bought a second screen to replace the first one and that one is broken too. Send both back!

Excellent replacement. It appears to be of good quality and easy to replace. I am very happy. The color of the screen is excellent, the brightness is spot on, there are no dead pixels or anything like that. Exactly what the doctor ordered. My criticism is that it is WXGA. Monday (Labor Day): Computer slipped off armrest and monitor cracked. I spent a day replacing a monitor. It was the first one I found. I continued to study details and suppliers. I watched a YouTube video on replacing the monitor and then unscrewed the monitor to check the part number on the back to make sure I ordered the correct part. Monday evening: Ordered this monitor as a replacement. I installed Revain and got it to write this review. uuuuuuu. Happy Days.

It was an easy replacement. My daughter smashed my wife's laptop screen by tapping on it with her finger! This was the recommended replacement and it worked great. Unless you are mechanically inclined, do not attempt this substitution yourself. If you've repaired electronics before, you'll find this to be an easy replacement. If you haven't, you may find that this repair isn't your thing. You will need small screwdrivers and some knowledge of video jacks etc. The new screen was the same quality
