This product is disappointing. The description was misleading as it stated this product would scan through plastic. We have plastic envelopes that we scan about 1000 a day and this machine can't handle it. I had to continue to rely on our corded scanners to get the job done.

In October 2019 I bought 2 scanners for use at our local grocery store. One stopped working in February 2020, the other stopped working in April 2020. I contacted support but they wanted the videos emailed to them to prove they didn't work. I'll just try another brand of scanners to replace them.

We've been using a wired scanner for the last 5 years and I've finally switched to a wireless QR code scanner. It has worked significantly in my inventory and checkout store. We bought 2 for both POS stations. It wasn't difficult to set up and I had it up and running within minutes of unpacking it. Very convenient.
