🧊 Nalgene Bottle Sleeve: Ultimate Protection and Insulation for Your Hydration Companion Review

Nalgene is great but the bottles don't have insulation so this is great for keeping water cold or preventing condensation from getting wet when you have ice in the bottle. Doesn't cool like a double-walled metal bottle or anything, but better than nothing. There's also an extra carry handle so you don't have to strain the strap on the lid. A good buy.

Looks exactly like the picture and fits my 32 oz bottle of Nalgene as expected. I bought it for two reasons: A. To prevent water from forming puddles from condensation B. Don't carry the bottle with the top tape. While it certainly helps with puddles of water, I still use the top of the bottle to carry it due to the fact that the carabiner becomes uncomfortable. I'm still actively trying to use a carabiner or black ribbon to get the bottle through.

I love Nalgene bottles and have been using their bottles for many years with no problems. This is my first bottle bag and I've had it for about a week now. The rubber pad on the handle has already come loose as you can see in the photo. Maybe Nalgene just missed the mark. The cuff itself is very tight and keeps my drinking water colder than without the cuff. Overall a great case but the grip could use some improvement.

I ended up returning it and got it fully insulated with a zipped cover around the lid. The fit was just super comfortable and difficult to achieve with warm bare hands in my apartment, and I knew it was going to be even more difficult with cold gloves/mittens on a backcountry winter hike. It also didn't feel like something that could adequately protect my water from freezing, especially with the lid open.

It works pretty well although things don't stay cold until the model fully closes the lid. It's great for non-Nalgen bottles, or bottles with a slightly different cap (I use it on my 32oz camel). I don't care about the smell of neoprene, but that's it. I bought this primarily to keep condensation from leaking out of my water bottle (and to keep drinks cold), and it helps with that. I should mention that I live in the south, so staying cold/non-condensing anywhere is a lot harder.

I bought this to pack a lot of ice in my Nalgene bottle and to keep condensation/sweat from running down my furniture. For that he does his job well. I even put it on a piece of dark tissue paper which would show any moisture very clearly and after a full day of ice in the bottle no moisture came out at all. It's just a Kozy. For the price this is a good bottle cage. I actually use it with a 32-ounce Klean Kanteen metal bottle so the metal doesn't get in the way or make noise in my bag. Thermal insulation properties are minimal, but I bought it for bottle storage, not thermal insulation. It hasn't ripped or torn yet so I can definitely say it's worth the price paid. I bought this for my 32oz Nalgene Ultralight bottle. I'm surprised how big it is in the pictures. The neoprene rises above the bottle's shoulders (to the bottom of the cap strap), contrary to the product photos, which appear to show at least half an inch of room (probably more, but difficult to measure).
