Good bottles. They are durable, don't leak and are easy to clean. My reason for 3 runs is that the closing/locking mechanism just isn't that good. It never seems to engage, and the metal lock can be a little tricky for kids or if you don't have good dexterity.

I liked it so much I bought 4 more These Nalgene bottles are strong as nails. I've dropped it countless times and it's holding up well. The lid closes tightly and never leaks. The loop-shaped lid makes it easy to carry or attach to a water bottle holder in a backpack with a carabiner. It is ideal for hiking, flying and everyday use.

I like the locking mechanism on these bottles - that's why I now have 4 of them. I like my water at room temperature so the fact that water with ice in it causes condensation is not a problem for me and only a minor issue on the few occasions I've used ice water. I've put them in backpacks and even purses and never had a leak.

I bought these bottles a year ago and they have become my family's favorite water bottles. We like them best for size, durability, and comfort. The only thing I don't like is that within a year, two of our eight bottles have had their plastic cracked and the other six have small cracks and look like they're about to break. This crack will cause the metal clasp of the lid to fall off, rendering the water bottle unusable.

With the start of the new year I got the motivation to get back to the gym and as always I had to drink, to drink more water and found some bottles to keep one nearby. These two had a lot of advantages as I mentioned above, they're Nalgene, they have a cool pressurized flip cap that I can operate with one hand and I thought smoky gray was a pretty cool color. and all at a price of 10 to 12 dollars a piece. ?
