No additional wallet insert - That's why I ordered this one. A little mad that he wasn't there! I hope the seller gets in touch and makes it right. Otherwise it is false advertising. The wallet is good but I would buy another one. I like having an extra liner because it extends the life of the whole and you can't buy it separately, you just have to buy a new wallet even if the wallet is still good just because the plastic liner is worn out. First of all I am writing this review after only using the wallet for a week. The size and capacity and skin feel are as advertised. It fits comfortably in the front pocket and is relatively flat. I basically filled all the slots with credit/ID cards, most of them duplicates. The only downside at the moment is whether the slits hold up (light transparent plastic). I ordered these from HSN when they had a $20 sale on their website. I was wary of ordering these wallets in a commercial because these sites usually trick you into ordering more than you want by overpaying for shipping (and handling) and leaving you feeling cheated when it's over .
