a) Terrible packaging work. The hardware (screws) were scattered around the box outside of their packages. b) I was missing 1 special screw c) medal design - cheap medal tube. order and regret or not and welcome.

Great price, stylish, easy to assemble. However, it was too short. It was the same height as my old ones, but it had wooden seats. It has a scoop and a pillow so I feel like a kid who can't reach the counter properly.

Easy to assemble, comfortable and we love the look. They are very light and cheaply made. The tips of the legs used at the height of the chairs are made of plastic and the threads are already coming off and can scratch the wooden floor.

I am very happy with this purchase. I had my doubts about the quality but am very impressed with these bar stools as well as the communication between me and the Nathan James brand on this purchase. It's perfect for our modern kitchen! Thanks very much!

Assembly was easy, well packaged, neat looking stools. My favorite is that the 27" height was perfect for the countertop as 24" stools are too low and 30" stools are too high. Bolt. QC slept that day and let it pass. I just hope this doesn't affect the seat cushion attachment. On the second stool were all four. To be honest I hate returning them in the mail so I'll leave it and see how long they last.

I tried many chairs before deciding on this one. I'm so glad I did. It is very comfortable yet stylish. Couldn't be happier. I figured the roundness of the butt might end up tickling my OCD, but it actually has a neat feature. Much more comfortable to rest your feet. The center seat height is 24 inches (with 0.5 inch leg caps) when measuring from the floor to the bottom of the seat, about 25 inches when sitting with a half inch board and flattened foam. REVIEW UPDATE: I am updating my review of these bar stools. DON'T SPEND MONEY ON HER. They look nice and comfortable BUT we've only been using ours for 7 months. Bought 4 bar stools. My husband and I are the only ones who use them regularly. The two stools we used daily almost fell apart. We will use the other 2 until they fall apart as well. which should be in about 6 months. I feel like we wasted money on them. I hope my previous review (written after we've only used them for about a week)…
