I ordered 3 stools and one came separately. After putting them all together, I noticed that one pillow was much larger than the others. I like the chairs, but that's why I'm giving a low rating. Not worth disassembling one to send back

these chairs were terrible! We bought 1 to see if we like it. We did. I ordered and assembled 3 more. All 3 had crossbars in different places. The legs didn't fit and broke when we tried to twist them. As if the legs were for a 24" chair and not the 29" we ordered. We returned all 4. The quality control of these chairs is zero. Terrible!

I ordered 3 pieces, one came without hats. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent a new stool free of charge. They made sure the replacement chair was delivered and was correct, they even sent a box of Lindt truffles with a card! Incredible family business that really cares about their product and customer satisfaction. They're rare these days. The stools are beautiful and easy to assemble. I will definitely recommend them and will buy many things in the future. 10 out of 5 stars.

Probably the worst product I have ever come across. The legs do not fit in the stools. One of the six (yes, six) stools that fit me was missing hardware for the parts that go between the legs. The company sent me FOUR other replacement stools and each had the same issue. In fact, I didn't even open the fourth substitution, I was fed up with this whole situation. The second set of spares, they claimed, was to come from their factory and they would put it through "quality control." Yeah right…

These chairs are amazingly comfortable and really beautiful. However, I am sending them back as they did not meet my expectations. Assembly was easy, don't worry - for those who often dislike that part of buying furniture. The color of the fabric was not the same as shown in the picture, so it did not meet my requirements. I ordered 3 stools of 24" tan I was expecting this based on another review I read and I think they look great. The problems mentioned in many reviews probably affect the 29″ version. These 24 inch stools seem less dangerous. The tool they use to systematically make the legs makes legs A shorter than legs B.
