First of all, let me say that I like the vest and its design the best. Bottles and caps are a major disadvantage. I like the convenience and convenience of storing the vest, but soft bottles are not very good design. They have to be closed "just like that" otherwise they will leak. I can't find any rhyme or reason to figure out what makes a perfect fastener so that it actually seals. This would NOT be good if you were trying to refill at the aid station during the race. I bought this vest (coral 4L) medium size. I couldn't measure myself to be sure but it fits me perfectly! I still buy everything medium sized so it's turned out well.
