As for deodorizing, I love it! I love the smell of lavender and vanilla and after a few days of getting used to it, the deodorant lasts almost all day. This is the only natural deodorant I've used and I can say it really works. However, after about a week I noticed very dark and hardened areas of skin where I applied the stick. It didn't hurt but the spots were almost black and I'm sure they would get much worse if I continued using this deodorant. I think my skin doesn't respond well to baking
