The only issue I have is that the head that attaches to the handle is cracked, although I have stored it as recommended and tried not to over-tighten the brush head attachment. I just got this so my experience is limited. The brush is beautifully finished. The bristles are firm but flexible enough to get into corners and tight spaces. There are no chips or cracks anywhere in the wood. The brush head can be easily screwed on and off. All ingredients are completely natural.
