It didn't work like I hoped it would but it's the third on the Revain I've bought for tea so I decided to take the lid off (it wouldn't close) and flip it sideways and it works great for us. I still didn't want a lid. I plan on ordering another one and removing the lid again!

I really like the style of the box so I chose this particular box. The only problem is that it doesn't fit flush because it cracked where a hinge was attached. I noticed it right away and sent a comment upon receipt, but I knew I got a response. That's quality control for you. Look for the gap on the left.

Nice strong REAL wood box but the inner slots are narrow. Bought to hold tea bags and it doesn't look as pretty as the pictures because the tea bags are pressed into each square. A standard box of sleeping tea bags should be divided into squares and placed upright rather than face up. Disappointed I might order another box and use this for something else.

Poor design and build quality. The box is moved and does not keep a rectangular shape. When filling with tea bags, the jar does not close completely, making the magnets useless. I had to stack the pieces together to remotely assemble them in the right place and even then you can tell they weren't cut perfectly. If you rip the lid off and you're okay with that aesthetic, then buy it. However, if you want the lid to close when not in use, buy one from a different brand.

In general I like it. Looks nice. The tea bags stand upright in it, just like I wanted them to. The height is good as I wanted to take it off the shelf with one hand. (I also bought another type with a drawer, but it was too thick to grip with one hand and the tea bags either lay flat or were about 3/4 too short to stand up.) Edges, particularly around the lid , were a little sharp; But I lightly sanded all the edges and all is good. Not very well built but the quality is good for the price and

Does not look like the stock photos of the display. The box comes wrapped in plastic wrap rather than a cardboard box, which I think would have helped protect it better upon delivery. The box is of poor quality, you can see the gaps between the parts and even a crack in the wood on top. Tea bags don't fit either, as shown in the video. When the tea bags are placed where they fit, I have trouble closing the lid. The edges are also a bit rough. Overall, I wouldn't buy this box again for myself…
