This product failed me. Although it was cheap, the quality of the wood was disappointing and it made the paint look dull. Arts and Crafts should be satisfying, but when I tried this product, it really ruined the experience. The only advantage of this product is its price, but overall, the low quality of the wood just had me feeling frustrated.

Perfect chalkboards for drawing! I use them for acrylic paintings and fills. The texture of the wood on the front is very dense - hard lines don't show through the colour. Well done - I will buy again.

I have used these as a base for dice trays and they fit perfectly. I glued the felt to the inner base to deaden the sound of the dice and it adhered perfectly to the wood with a thin coat of Elmer's glue. Bonus: Since they're 100% wood, I was also able to use a pyrography pen to burn the patterns around the frame, as well as use stains/varnish to finish the wood itself. Would definitely buy them again, especially when they come in different sizes.
