Good taste - reminiscent of strawberry flavored oatmeal

This powder is good enough, although the taste doesn't put me off - but I really don't think I've ever tried a protein powder that I really liked. Pleasure. The instructions say to add one scoop to 6-10 ounces of water. I chose 8. Put it in the blender as I like to try everything neat first. It had a chalky texture - no matter how much I mixed it. It wasn't overly seasoned - barely seasoned, really. Reminded me of oatmeal - like oatmeal with a very light taste. So not bad, but not funny either.

I eat mainly plant-based and therefore often try to supplement my protein requirements with protein powders. . I prefer pea protein over whey protein as it's a bit gentler on the kidneys, although I like both. I have friends whose preferences are the exact opposite as they find pea protein gross.
