I like this hair color. It's nice and gentle. It covers gray tones but doesn't darken your hair so much that it looks dyed, looks great and is very natural. I love it and will buy it again. One box is enough for me twice if I only do the roots and I have a lot of thick long hair.

I am so surprised. This is the first color I've ever used that doesn't make my hair feel burned out. I have fine curly hair and with any other color I would cut it short until some of the color has grown out because my hair was dry, burned, frizzy and awful. It's beautiful, the texture of my hair seems almost normal. It's a little drier, but a little bit of conditioner solves that problem.

Second time with this product. I like it very much, good and lasting coverage. Very mild odor but not unbearable. Was glad to find a product that didn't have all those harsh chemicals. Have recommended it to my family and friends. I might buy shampoo and conditioner in the future, although there are enough of those in the pack; If you have short hair it will last for a while.

I bought this color from a natural products store and was pleased to find it on Amazon! What was on the subscribe and save list. The hair color in the salon hurt me so I had to look for another option. This works really well on a gray color although I leave it on for an hour and smear on the areas around the ears and forehead. I have to use rubbing alcohol afterwards to remove the color of the skin, but they do that in the salons anyway. I have had no adverse side effects/pain/tingling…

I love that this is a natural product with fewer harsh chemicals than other well known brands. There is no bad smell either. Smells like dirt and weed lol. I love that I don't have to use a bowl and mix ingredients like other brands do. But my only suggestion: don't use the conditioner that comes with it. For some reason it stays on my hair for days when I use it! Like under my hair. It looks oily and wet. And my hair doesn't dry well. It's weird, but that's what it does to me.

I read the reviews and I have to say that the color on my hair is a bit darker than the photo in the box. With this in mind, I mixed 5C with 5G and 5N for a rich chestnut brown. This color leaves my hair in the best shape I've ever used. The most natural color of box flowers and Revain has a better price than Whole Foods.

order two shades lighter than shown. If you don't want reddish highlights, order a number with an N for a neutral color. You can mix shades and use half the amount for short hair. Easy to apply and shampp/condition off.
