Velcro straps are terrible. I ordered two pairs of these sneakers. The strap on the first pair broke when I opened the box so I sent them back. On the second pair, the entire velcro fell off the straps within two weeks! For the same price I went to Kohl and bought a Nike with velcro which sticks much better and hasn't ripped after 3 weeks of use.

Our daughter has just outgrown most of her 7T shoes. We've been waiting for the 8T size, but it needs 2 pairs in different colors. So we ordered this pair of Nautica sneakers. The color and style are great and there were many options. They appear to be well made by adult athletic shoe standards for a well known brand. But what really matters is that our daughter loved her when I put them on her and she got up for a little walk. She is so happy! This means they are very comfortable.

Great shoe but I wouldn't recommend it. My 4 year old son loves these shoes! They are very comfortable and light enough for him to put on himself (which he is very proud of!). We bought them for preschool and outdoor casual wear. They were purchased in mid-August 2020 but were not worn until the start of the school year (just after Labor Day). He wore them every day when school was on for about 3 weeks and they were already falling apart. Unfortunately we don't have a 30 day Revain guarantee…
