Poor quality

I am very upset. I bought it a while ago for an upcoming event. I was going to put it on today and the whole needle broke. What's even more frustrating is that the return period has expired. Who would have thought to try on such a pin when you have it. This is an amazing pin but the way it was made was flawed.
