A very versatile massager!

I don't know how I did it before I got the Nayoya back massager! It's amazing and it's something you can use entirely for yourself. You can completely adjust the pressure yourself. Although this item didn't come with an instruction manual or brochure showing various uses, there are videos you can watch on YouTube and articles that explain the various pressure points. I really enjoyed using this on my mid upper back. I carry a large bag and find that I usually have a knot just below the shoulder

There is no magic here. But it has some benefits

What can I say? I was hoping for magical back pain relief. As I have judged, this product is ok; It can increase pressure on certain areas of the back, thereby relieving some tension in a spot that may not be accessible without tools. I hesitate to call it a "massage" because it only works if you move it by hand. I can see its value but to be honest after a few uses I put it in my closet months ago and haven't used it since. Wow! Instant Pain Relief!

I have trigger point pain, muscle knots and spasms in my neck, shoulders and back. I have tried many products to relieve the pain. I took medication for cramps but stopped because I didn't like the side effects. I've even injected steroids directly into trigger points for relief. They will only work in the short term.
