Faulty Plumbing Connector Disappoints

This PVC union was not up to par for my industrial and scientific requirements. As my tests showed, the connector was prone to breaking and leaking, causing unnecessary downtime and expense. .

Simple and effective connector

Most of the time I had to remove the irrigation pump to change the impeller. In the past this meant cutting the intake and exhaust pipes and then gluing the repaired pump to those pipes. With two fittings, I now only have to loosen and tighten the connections, which is much easier.
