Over time, both wheels have had to be replaced, so it's fitting to have a spare tire. This is a genuine part and you will find that the "hard" wheel problem is with the motors and not the gears or wheels.

This fixed my Neato-XV21 perfectly. I still haven't found a vacuum that I want to buy to replace my Neato. Luckily I was able to get this replacement motor for relatively little money and keep mine running :)

Replaced my Neato xv series motor. It took no more than 12 minutes. I ran it and it ran a full cleaning cycle without the "My right motor is stuck" error message. This saved me over $100 since I didn't have to buy the whole wheel. Ifixrobot charges $20 for a packaging box and provides an estimate a month later. It usually costs over $130 to repair. I sent my first one in for repair and they wanted almost as much as I paid to have it repaired.
