Not ready for prime time. Don't waste your time and money

Not ready for prime time. This is a terrible product and no one has taken the time to fix any of the kinks. It didn't connect to my Echo network and wasn't recognized as an Alexa device at all. When I called support, no one had any idea what Nebula was. So I returned it. Don't waste your time or money.

Disappointed with the sound quality

Cool feature with built in flash drive but I was very disappointed with the sound quality. Honestly, it's not much better than TV speakers. Little or no setting flexibility gives only 1-3 low, 1-3 high, or basic settings for "Movie" or "Music". Would not recommend buying. I've tried optical, HDMI, ARC, all very average at best. Hope they release some updates for it. It's cheap but you get what you pay for.

It came WITHOUT BOX! for speakers

Absolutely angry. Anyone in their right mind would NOT mail a $200 item IN A BOX! I'm so angry I'm about to burst into tears! Pulled up to my driveway and Christmas was instantly ruined when my friend saw his present unwrapped! Terrible! I'll be back and I'll never order from you guys again in a million years! Thanks for ruining ChristmasUpdate: since he saw it we decided to install it and now we're back because it sounds like junk. 200€+ are definitely not worth it.

Bad sound and lack of variety, buy something else

My evaluation criteria are based on the following criteria: 1. Sound quality, poor (I didn't have high expectations and bought the Echo Sub with ). 2. Functionality/variety, poor, doesn't work with subwoofer echo (which I found ridiculous), and the soundbar is muted when part of an audio group. As for the Echo subwoofer, it only works with the Alexa app, by the way, when you try to connect the device via Bluetooth, the sound is only played from the speakers that the subwoofer is paired with…

Very disappointed. on soundbars

I was really excited to finally get this soundbar today after pre-ordering a few weeks ago. After connecting everything I was very disappointed, mainly with the sound quality. It wouldn't get very loud, it wouldn't sound at all. I found the bass very weak and even the highs were weak. I found settings to adjust bass and treble. It helped a bit, but in my opinion it was still unsatisfactory considering the price. I also experimented with the music, voice and movie settings. One setting sounded…

Mediocre at Best: Home audio

I was very excited when I pre-ordered it and eagerly installed it when it arrived. The FireTV interface is familiar to those who have owned a Fire Stick, but that's where the similarities end. The remote control is finicky and needs to be aimed squarely at the speaker for it to register inputs. This makes searching and entering access data for various applications tiresome. Not critical, but feels like a downgrade after using the Fire Stick remote. As for the speaker itself, I wasn't impressed…

An absolute disappointment.

I was looking forward to this soundbar. I pre-ordered on availability day. Received earlier than expected on November 22nd. Worked for about an hour before the bass went away and never came back. Revain customer service was absolutely unhelpful, in fact it was the worst experience I have ever had with Revain customer service. After about an hour they thought it was my problem and I had to contact Anker. In my disappointment that they didn't know anything about the product, I asked for a return…

No, it's actually a FireTV device running all operating systems.

Okay, I was pleasantly confused connecting and setting up this device. From all the descriptions on the page, and even from the box, I assumed this was a soundbar that would "just work" with FireTV devices with minimal fuss. Similar to how the FireTV Cube can control TVs and soundbars with RF. The descriptions mention FireTV stuff but not that it's FireTV. No, this device actually has FireTV OS hardware on board and does it all in one. You plug it in and set it up like a regular FireTV Cube. I…

Well below expectations

11/28/2019: Initial review - like everyone else received late last week. Divide it in two. FireTV and audio. I'm not a music lover and I'm not tech savvy. I only know what I like and what not. I cut the cable over a year ago and I use and love a Roku+ joystick. It's simple, works exactly as it should and I can use a remote control for everything I normally do. I was still able to access some of the TV's features with Roku, but this completely replaces it. From an operating system standpoint, I…
