I've tried a few Syntrax flavors - Caribbean Cooler, Vanilla Bean Cake and Fluffy Navel. The Caribbean Cooler was probably my least favorite, but I'll probably buy it again anyway. I've tried several flavors of Syntrax - Caribbean Cooler, Fluffy Navel and Vanilla Bean Cake. They all avoid the "whey" protein flavor, which is a huge plus. Vanilla bean cake is probably the closest thing to that awful whey taste, but hardly avoids it. This is by far my favorite flavor. In fact, I just bought a 2 pound tub from the Vitamin Shoppe. Tastes like Quik or strawberry milk! I use a blender ball to blend it evenly, but if it's messy all you have to do is blend a small amount with a fork until well blended, then add the rest of the liquid.
