Neewer 3200K 5600K Brightness Adjustable Photography Review

I like the quality of this light. It's solid, well built and has great controls. However, I will not download an app to manage it. I don't know where my data will go, so I'll leave everything manual.

Great light but Bluetooth is useless, mine wasn't even working when I got it, researched and others had the same or similar issues, basically pointless instead of buying two colors Da the bluetooth app is the only way to change colors, do not buy, do not recommend

Four stars for versatility just because the lighting mode isn't available in the Scene version. This does not mean that the lamp is not versatile enough. This is a great deal of equipment when certain moods in cinematography are needed. I would advise any independent filmmaker to get one of these beauties as soon as possible.

I got tired of using gels to change the color of my lights and decided to try this one. Once the app was up and running I was amazed at the colors this light was able to offer. Each color can be easily captured by my camera and darkened to my liking. No assembly other than a stand and light above. It's great and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to use different colors in their photos or videos.

I use this as a wash on my studio walls and am very happy with it. I have smaller 480s that can be a bit underpowered and this 660 that has a bit more throw. I chose 5 because they are more effective when you use them in groups, each covering a smaller area. The build is good and the app works surprisingly well! But the HSL settings don't work well enough. As with the other brand I tried, the Neewer panels slide smoothly through the color gamut until you get to the reds. You get some pink/purple hues and then it becomes like this solid red and then jumps to orange (I bought 2 to make sure not just one slab was the problem). Ok. All types of videos shot: Short, Sales, Training, Business, Education. And if you don't know, good lighting is more important than your camera. I'm at the Longview Film Club and we make short films. When preparing a shot, try to find the holy trinity; foreground, middle ground and background. And then, in terms of lighting, you want to create a "color contrast” between all three areas. If you don't know what complementary colors are, do a little research and buy a mobile app for your phone.
