Was hard to set up because the instructions were insanely illegible so find a manual with more detailed instructions or write your owner's manual

I bought this to replace a broken ring light. This light is bright enough to illuminate my space and gives me enough light to make my photos look like daylight even at night.

The Neewer light ring has enough light settings to get the light I want. The remote control is good but I don't use it and the tripod adjusts to about 3 feet.

Good installation. Hung on the wall to make phone calls. So I don't think it's a bad thing that it's plastic. I wish it was a little brighter, but it's USB powered and the ring lights need to be closer than most other video lights. so I don't mind. I like it!

Rubber insert in phone holder too small to fit around tripod stand. Without the rubber insert, it's too big for a tripod and won't stay in place. So I need to find something else to take up extra space in the clamp. I would give 5 stars if the phone holder works properly.

Really like this adjustable lamp. It has a small tripod stand and is adjustable. The light intensity can be adjusted from "daylight" to "warm/soft". This works well for many photographic needs, including portraits and video streaming. Price is reasonable for what you get, recently reduced! again.

This is an affordable ring lamp. It's lightweight plastic and light. It's so light you can attach it with tape, the fragile tripod that comes with it, or whatever. I love that about these lanterns. If they fail after a year or two, they are easy and inexpensive to replace. They do a good job of shedding light on the streaming setup. I use three and don't keep them in the middle. First of all I would like to say that I used this backlight exclusively for videos and pictures, not for streaming. To be honest, I think if the ring light were behind the webcam when streaming, I would find it distracting when I had to face the camera. Sometimes when I (accidentally) looked at the light, it was uncomfortable to look at. Let's proceed to set up the image and video. I will say that I don't want to rely on the wall outfit. I like that the ring light can be connected to my laptop.
