I really liked this unicorn, my problem is that they didn't send me enough stones for all the numbers, so the places are empty. I don't know how to get more stones because so far each color is not enough. How to tell how many are in a package? I am disappointed, buying for the first time and I am not satisfied.

This painting does not correspond to the image shown. There are no details in it, neither trees nor fairies are visible in the finished product. I didn't run out of colors like other reviewers said. But I've found that the drills are inconsistent in size and many of them don't fill the canvas as well as I'd like. As for diamond paintings, I would not recommend this brand.

I shorted 3 colors. I didn't have enough colored bricks #3, #4 and #5 to complete the picture. I'm currently going through old projects to find beads of the same color that I have left over to finish the unicorn painting. The numbers are well printed. And it's pretty easy to read. A large quantity of one color has been reduced in this image. When Neilden was contacted via email at their only point of contact (no phone number or postal address was provided) they responded within 24 hours to the initial request for a replacement diamond and asked for further information. This was granted and since then (over 6 weeks) nada, nil, no reply. I emailed them multiple times to request an update on a replacement and they ignored my emails. I really liked it, it's beautiful and a lot of fun. However, mine was missing a few exercises, so I couldn't finish it.
