NEME Travel Foldable Electric Kettle Review

At first I thought this kettle was phenomenal! But after about the 5th use I noticed something white floating on the water surface. It appears to be coming from the rubber/plastic part of the kettle! Someone else wrote a similar review but I figured it was an isolated case as this product has received so many good reviews. I can't use this product without wondering if it will give me cancer so I had to return it.

Received from Revain for same day delivery. A pot of water boils in 3:45 minutes. The base and handle seem sturdy enough to last. It comes with a nice pouch bag, making it easy to pack for your trip. I see this as a must for my travels as I'm always worried about the cleanliness of coffee machines or kettles in hotels. The kettle is boiling water, do not open the lid while the water is boiling. Very hot!

This little kettle worked GREAT! It was so nice to not only get hot water but water hot enough to make tea in my hotel room! The ONLY problems are the top. Not sure why they didn't make the top so it stays on when you tilt the kettle to pour hot water into the cup. He tended to fall. I fixed this by keeping the other hand's finger on the top handle, but I think it's a design flaw that's easily fixed.
