Neoteck Level Box NTK034 actually has a screen resolution of 0.01 degrees as advertised, while the similar AccuMaster 7434 only has a screen resolution of 0.1 degrees (I bought both - see photo). I prefer 0.01 degree resolution like Neoteck and round it up myself. Both devices required custom calibration. A NOTICE.
