The gun fires a syringe like a pressure gun. Really nothing to buy. I bought 2 and am full of regrets. My kid doesn't use them anymore and summer isn't even here yet.

My son loves it. I think it's pretty cool as long as it doesn't spread all over the table and floor. I've verified that the lid is ok, but it's still leaking. Typical water pistol.

I used a squirt gun to stop my dog from jumping on the kitchen counter while I was filling his plate with food. It only took 2 "fixes" for it to stop. My only problem is that it leaks, so I put it on a towel to keep water from getting on the floor. My granddaughters showed interest in playing with it, so I might have to buy another one.

I bought this gun to play outside with my kids so we all have the same squirt gun. It's great for kids, but it's obviously a bit small for my hand. Holds about 12 ounces, maybe more. I noticed stains after 2-3 uses: the nose leaks and there is dripping along the seam on the handle. It's not enough to stop using it, but it's also not enough to earn a full 5* satisfaction rating.

I wish I had bought a dollar store water pistol, it is a pathetic product. I bought it for my wife to use when there are stray cats near our back porch but when I try to use it the water flow is very weak and not a river but more like an idiot who going nowhere if this review is posted I just want to let the reader know that the buyer is aware that this product is not as advertised. By the way, I sent it back immediately.

This is a cross between a dollar magazine pistol and a real superpower pistol. Tough as a more expensive pistol that lasts a long time, but a lightweight jet that's good for shooting younger kids. I got it so my 4.5 year old had a better gun, I had this one and we both enjoyed it and it was fair. Also, you can download it for younger kids and they can easily carry and splash with it. This is a well made sprayer. This is the basic type of water gun that fires a stream of water when the trigger is pulled. It's a lot of fun, seems well made and easy to use for both a kid and an adult. My three year old daughter knows how to use it and so do I - check out my video. I wanted to use it to shoot water at pigeons invading our patio, so I expected the water to shoot fast and pretty hard (come on, Fortnite!). Unfortunately, when I filled it with water and tried to shoot, the water almost got stuck inside. I don't know if I have to do anything about it to somehow get the water out, but I just assumed that I could just start shooting and it would happen. After all, it's a child's toy.
