Low price but does the job well

We got this for WoW and it did the job perfectly. Loads significantly faster than our regular 1TB hard drive. If you need faster loading times for your games and are on a budget, definitely grab one of these!

Good Enough: Computers & Accessories

I was looking for a USB stick sized SSD flash drive but couldn't find one in the right price range. This is larger than regular USB 3.0 drivers but smaller than 2.5 inch portable SSD. I got around 430-450MB/s in both writing and reading on the Crystal Drive via the USB 3.0 port. 500GB and $70 isn't bad for quick use I guess until a better option for a similar price range comes along. I never thought I'd buy a portable SSD, but oh well. I ended up getting one for work. :D

People don't back up their data often enough; it makes things easy

Small, inexpensive and handy - I need two so I have one in my safe and one at home so I can travel regularly. Mr. Ito said: It's not IF the hard drive fails, it's WHEN. Remember that computers don't care about you and your precious cloud data is no worse than when it was last backed up. I bought it for my husband, he is also considering a purchase!

So far, so good! fits external SSDs

I just wanted something affordable, fast and portable. So far it works as expected and is easy to use. I love that it's so quiet, no hum, unlike those old-fashioned hard drives.

It was terrible.

all i need is show as available drive when i boot and save files. It fails the first test. every time. Daily. from the beginning. They boot, all other drives are connected to the network. it's missing, so you physically walk up to it, unplug it and plug it back in, and once the cable is unplugged and plugged back in, boom, it behaves like a normal drive.
