Works great on laptop, not exactly phone

This barcode scanner works via bluetooth, dongle or cable from my laptop. That works great. However, when I try to use it with my phone (Samsung Note 10), it's not accurate. In the attached image I scan the same barcode five times in a row and three out of five this or that results.

Works well but installation instructions are missing

I bought this to track inventory via my iPhone. I thought it was broken so I went to their website to look at the manual you know what, I found a scan code that allows you to use Bluetooth which isn't in that manual and it Works flawlessly. If anyone else is having problems check this out, there is no customer support and this website only has fake numbers and emails.

Good but does not work with FedEx

The scanner does its job well. Accurate readings, fast and reliable. Unfortunately it didn't work for me for FedEx labels, so while I was able to scan inventory and other things, I couldn't scan FedEx labels into my system (it scanned the full number and didn't convert it to a 12 digit tracking number) . The listing said it could scan FedEx, but when I looked for instructions (to see if there were any custom settings I needed to make) I found the product on Alibaba and the listing stated thatโ€ฆ
