The backpack has great pockets and is really easy to adjust. I like that it's a bit narrower in the shoulders for my female figure. The foil inside really does keep the water colder for longer. The hydrating pad is pretty standard, but not something I want to have long-term. Doesn't seem to stand up to my frequent use. Luckily I only bought it for the bag itself and for the 3L camelback liner. The backpack easily holds an additional liter.

The backpack wasn't the best and if it works I'll send it back. The specific issues I have are the mesh pockets on either side that would normally fit water bottles, which don't stretch enough. I struggle to put my iPhone 8 in it every time! Which also means they don't go with anything else, let alone a water bottle.
